Before figuring out the amount of calories you need you need to understand that with out the correct diet methods, your bodybuilding and fat loss plan will go down the drain. If the right diet isn’t put to use you will not be very happy with the outcomes of your fat loss and muscle building hopes.

Professional Bodybuilders and Models claim that if you were to compare your diet to your workouts it would be a 70/30 comparison. You must understand that your diet is just as important as your workouts. It can even be considered more important than your workouts.
