I lift big 4 days a week and do HIIT cardio for 10 minutes after each weight lifting workout. On the 5th day (the rest day), I do 20-30 minutes of HIIT cardio.
At this ongoing rate, what kind of results will I be seeing in the long run? Will I burn fat build muscle or just gain muscle or burn fat?
